Modular Recruitment – What is it?

ICG’s Modular Recruitment options are carried out by our team of professionals’ right here in Christchurch.

At ICG we have always offered modular recruitment services to our clients although this has not widely been advertised. It is an attractive option as it offers clients the ability to carefully manage tight budgets, time pressures and achieve their business goals. Modular recruitment or “unbundled services” provide a “pick and mix” menu option for clients who are in need of recruitment support but are unable to allocate budget for the full recruitment process.

In today’s market the modular approach offers flexibility as the volumes of candidate responses still require management, communication, phone screening, reference checking and the creation of a short list. At ICG we are able to perform either a small or large part of the recruitment process for you, thus allowing you to carry on doing what you do best, running your business. By engaging our services utilising the “modular” approach we can handle all of the initial applicants that apply and make sure that they are all initially responded to, ensuring that you protect your brand and image in the market place. Not only will we respond to them all, we can also phone screen them, interview them and can get them narrowed down to a short list for you, all of this saving you the time and money involved in this “time consuming” part of the recruitment process.

You will still be able perform the final interviews and select the successful applicant as you would in a full recruitment process. We can also offer as part of Modular Recruitment other recruitment functions that include psychometric appraisals, computer testing, exit interviewing and many other tailored services to suit your business. Contact the team on 03 374 2424 to discuss the Modular Recruitment option and how the hourly rate can work for you and your company.
