Nicola Jane joined the ICG team
in 2008 as the Christchurch Branch Manager following
a successful career with 20 years experience primarily
in the finance sector. During this time Nicola
Jane has had exposure to sales management and
business ownership and truly understands the needs
of business owners today in looking for the right
people and how important the right fit is for
your team. Nicola Jane’s experience culminated
in running her own successful company until 2007.
She brings a passion for people, an understanding
of business principles and a wealth of “real”
experience to compliment the team at ICG.
