Job hunting is by no means an easy, or at most times, even a pleasurable thing to do - it is a stressful and worrying time for the person who is job hunting and can be quite de-motivating when replies to job applications are negative. I do understand that not everyone stands to qualify for every position out in the market but it makes a person feel a little despondent.

 

I went onto the internet and started searching for a position that I felt I was interested in and that suited my qualifications and work experience. I came across the position advertised by ICG and applied. What a lovely surprise that from the very first reply back, I was thanked for sending in my CV, welcomed aboard and ICG felt very positive that they would be able to place me in a position. I was very thankful for this response as, at the time, I was not feeling as positive as ICG was.

 

Nikki and her great team kept in constant contact with me, asked me for more information and arranged for me to come in to the ICG office for an interview. The ICG team are friendly, warm and welcoming people and I was instantly comfortable with the introductory meeting we had as well as all the contact we had thereafter.

 

ICG had a position that they felt I was suited for and immediately forwarded my details to the company. The company was happy to give me an interview so ICG went ahead and arranged it. ICG also assisted me with interview tips and made sure that I knew exactly where to go, taking great care that the interview was not made at short notice and I had time to prepare myself. I felt confident and pleased. ICG contacted me again and rescheduled a second interview as the company had put me on the short list of candidates. Again the interview went well and ICG again came back to me in a very positive way - always making sure that I was ok and that if there was anything that I needed to ask that I was free to do so at anytime.

 

I am happy to say that I was offered the position and I felt that I had a lot to thank ICG for as they handled the whole process very professionally. ICG is really a fantastic recruitment company to deal with and I would not hesitate to use their services again should I ever need to. ICG will be highly recommended to all my friends and family who might need to find jobs.
